Commissions
I love making work that is personal to you which is why every commissioned piece of artwork will have different requirements to complete the work.
I work from good, clear photographs. The higher quality your photograph is, the more detail I can capture in the artwork. Where there are multiple subjects, I can use separate photos and combine them in one piece. Photos can be emailed to me or sent via the enquiry form through this website.

Prices
Prices are dependent on:
- the number of subjects in a portrait
- the level of detail in an image
- the size of the work
- the medium used.
As a rough guide:
An A5 pencil portrait with one subject – £70
An A4 pencil portrait with one subject – £95
An A3 pencil portrait with one subject – £180
An A5 oil portrait with one subject – £145
An A4 oil portrait with one subject – £200
An A3 oil painting with one subject – £395
A more accurate quote will be given on discussion of your requirements.
Payment & Time Scale
A nonrefundable 50% deposit is taken before I commence the work and the remaining balance is due on completion of the work.
Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
Book early to avoid disappointment! I usually allow 4-6 weeks to complete a piece of work. This time frame may increase during busy periods such as prior to Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day. The size and level of detail can also affect production time. A more accurate time scale will be given on placing your order.
Framing, Mounting, Packaging & Delivery
All pencil drawings come with a mount.
Artwork can be framed at additional cost.
Pencil drawings are packaged in a clear polythene envelope.
Paintings are packaged in bubble wrap and boxed.
Artwork can be gift wrapped at additional cost.
Artwork is posted with tracking via Royal Mail at additional cost. Alternatively, you may collect artwork from the studio.
Social media
I will share images of the completed artwork on my social media after the date you have gifted the piece. If you do not want the work to be shared, please state this at the time of your order.
