Gift Voucher

Gift voucher to the value of £100. Terms and Conditions apply.

General voucher terms and conditions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Alex Lockhart, the artist.
1.2. By purchasing, receiving, or redeeming a gift voucher, the holder agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Artist reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2.1. Gift vouchers are available in denominations set by the Artist and may be used as full or part payment towards artwork, commissions, prints, or services
provided directly by the Artist.
2.2. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for money in part or full.
2.3. If the total cost of the artwork or service exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the voucher holder.
2.4. Vouchers can only be redeemed through direct contact with the Artist.
3.1. Gift vouchers are valid for [12 months] from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
3.2. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, and validity will not be extended.
3.3. The date of issue and expiry will be clearly marked on the voucher.
5.1. The Artist is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
5.2. Lost vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
5.3. The Artist reserves the right to reject any voucher that appears to be duplicated, altered, or otherwise tampered with.
6.1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
6.2. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for other products, services, or further vouchers.
6.3. If the Artist cancels a booking made with a voucher, the holder will be offered an alternative date or equivalent value credit.
